I had a mixed experience at the Clarion Congress Hotel Prague. The location was fantastic with easy access to the metro and a shopping center right below. but I encountered significant issues at the reception during check-in. Although the rooms were modern and comfortable, some service details like housekeeping and breakfast organization need improvement.
